As part of its ongoing work to address the issues of access and exposure to the entertainment industry faced by diverse writers, the WGAW has established the Writer Access Project (WAP).
The innovative program, organized by the Guild’s Diversity Department, identifies diverse writers with television staffing experience and makes samples of their work available to be read by entertainment industry decision-makers.
